Video shows a truck carrying an excavator hit the 108th Street overpass on Circle Drive northbound near Sutherland.
One lane is still close Circle Drive while road crews manage the debris causing continued delays.
Structural engineers have assessed the damage and reopened the overpass after confirming it is safe for use.

The overpass was closed to through traffic as structural engineers assessed the overpass.
Police were on the scene and questioned the truck driver.
Damage to infrastructure is limited to a significant amount of concrete on the road and a sign dangling from the overpass.
The incident comes nearly a week after someone hit the Highway 16 overpass travelling into Saskatoon on Highway 11.
Drivers are asked to follow all posted signs and detours as crews work to remove the debris.
