Virginia Giuffre, one of the most prominent accusers of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, has died in Western Australia. She was aged 41.
Giuffre died by suicide at a farm in Neergabby, north of Perth, US broadcaster NBC News first reported, citing a family statement.

“It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia,” her family said in the statement to NBC News. “She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.”
WA Police said authorities had responded to a report of a deceased 41-year-old woman in Neergabby on Friday night, and that the death was not suspicious.
Giuffre reached a settlement in 2022 with Prince Andrew after accusing him of sexually abusing her when she was 17 at properties owned by Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.
She also was one of the most important voices in speaking out on Jeffrey Epstein, whom she accused of grooming and trafficking her to his associates for sexual acts.
