She’s stretching the boundaries of airplane etiquette.

A fitness influencer is getting flamed for doing yoga during her flight in the aisle while other passengers attempted to sit quietly and ignore her.

Rosa.Adventures posted clips of her doing stretches, headstands, squats and front walkovers mid-flight, captioning it, “Whether I’m on land or 35,000 feet in the air, I can still go upside down, balance on one leg, and move my body with confidence!”

She also added the words “Long flight? I choose movement” to the video. Passengers are visibly looking forward and trying to ignore Rosa, but some can’t help looking back at her.

The video received around 600,000 views with mixed opinions in the comments about whether or not it was appropriate.

Some didn’t believe it was real, with comments like “This gotta be fake with a green screen,” and questioned whether or not it was AI.

And some users didn’t seem to mind.

“Honestly, if you are doing all that and not bumping up into me it’s fine,” one Instagrammer chimed in. “There is a level of freedom in just not caring what people think.”

But the majority consensus was aggravation and shock at “the audacity” of being “extra for no reason.”

“The speed at which I’d curse you out,” one user quipped.

“Main character syndrome final boss,” another said.

Rosa defended herself saying she had “zero issues” with staff and other fliers and didn’t get in their way. “Most people did (miss it) and the few that saw it couldn’t care less. The flight attendants were cool with you and so were the people on the flight. Everyone wins!”

She also told angry commenters, “no need to get so worked up, the plane landed and I can confirm everyone is safe and my promo video got me sh*t loads of business.”

She posted another video in the terminal with three stretches to do before a flight to “reduce stiffness, improve circulation and make long flights feel a bit kinder on the body.”

Rosa is a fitness coach and promotes stretching, mobility and yoga. Another viral video of hers is doing hand stands, kicks and contortion tricks at a Bad Bunny concert in the aisle of the stadium.

While these videos are for virality, they are also for promotion for inyo.fit, Rosa’s physical and stretch therapy. She provides massages to help patients with pain recovery and mobility.

She posts weight lifting, stretching, gymnastics and even pole dancing content, prioritizing mobility in any way she can. She is a certified Stretch Therapist as well as a massage therapist who does lymphatic drainage and deep tissue massages.
