Now that Lori Loughlin is back on the market, she’s putting herself first.

“Lori is really into health and wellness these days,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “She works out almost every day and takes it pretty seriously.”

So seriously, in fact, that the Full House alum, 61, dabbles in everything from yoga and strength training to sculpt and dance workouts.

“Fitness has helped her a lot mentally too, not just physically,” the insider says. “It’s become one of the main ways she stays grounded and clears her head.”

Loughlin’s routine is clearly working, as she turned heads when she showed off her toned arms in a silver dress and her glam makeup by artist Lyndsay Zavitz at the opening of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s David Geffen Galleries on April 16. (The bob cut with caramel highlights that she debuted at the event also got fans talking, prompting hairstylist David Naumann to deny it was a wig.)

“She’s focused on feeling good, staying balanced and keeping her circle positive,” the source tells Us, noting that she also “eats super clean and is really mindful about what she’s putting into her body.”

Loughlin’s daughters, Bella, 27, and Olivia Jade, 26, help keep her accountable, according to the insider, who shares that the actress exercises “with her girls as bonding time.”

While Loughlin has always been health-conscious, the source says she “really started to reevaluate everything in her life” after entering her 60s and separating from her estranged husband, Mossimo Giannulli, last year.

“It was a bit of a reset moment for her,” the insider tells Us. “She began taking inventory of what was actually working and what wasn’t, including her friendships and her marriage. She’s been more intentional about how she spends her time and who she surrounds herself with. She has gone through a lot, and it took a lot of healing to get to this place.”

The When Calls the Heart star has started casually dating again, but the source notes she “isn’t serious with anyone.” (Earlier this month, Us reported that her “friends are always trying to set her up” as she leans into a new “season of life.”)

Loughlin has, however, turned the page with Giannulli, 62, to whom she was married for nearly 28 years before announcing their split in October 2025.

“She and Mossimo are on fine terms,” the insider reveals. “It’s no longer contentious between them.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Loughlin’s rep for comment.
