A twisted Georgia high school teacher has been charged with repeatedly having sex with a 16-year-old student — while allegedly exchanging nearly 20,000 sexts and begging him to run away to Mexico with her.

Amanda Katz, who was a teacher and then administrator at Roswell High School, smirked knowingly in her mugshot Tuesday when she was charged with improper sexual contact with the boy, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

The student told investigators that he had unprotected sex several times with the 55-year-old educator, mostly in her home and the backseat of her Jaguar car — even though she told him she was “literally scared s—less” at getting found out and going to prison, according to an affidavit.

The last time was when Katz invited the boy and his family on vacation over Valentine’s Day — where the boy’s mom found a string of disturbing texts confirming the depravity, according to the affidavit.

Katz returned to work in a “manic” state after the family fled their vacation in the middle of the night, telling co-workers she was “distraught” that “she could no longer see her ‘boyfriend’ because his mother doesn’t like her,” a friend said.

“While expressing this, it ultimately came out that the male Amanda was discussing was [the] juvenile,” police said in the affidavit.

Investigators found a staggering 19,585 texts the pair shared between Christmas and Valentine’s Day — in which the middle-aged teacher made clear she was besotted with the teen.

“As much as I loved falling asleep next to you and you growling, I want you.. I am not even sure we could hide it,” she wrote in one loved-up text shared in the affidavit.

“I am crazy about you …. I have done a lot of stupid things. A lot. But this is top level.”

In other messages, she told the boy that sex was “fun,” and that she would “walk away from everything” to be with him. “The easiest thing would be to leave Roswell,” she said of her school.

She even sent a flurry of manic texts after the boy dumped her when his mom found out.

“I loved you. And this is the most f–ked up and scary thing that has ever happened to me,” she furiously messaged, according to the warrant.

“You f–king broke my heart… This is probably the worst thing anyone has ever done to me. You abandoned me. You did, not your mom.”

When interviewed, the boy told investigators that the teacher was so besotted she “wanted to go further in their relationship, move in together, and commit to each other.”

“[Katz] had told him that she wanted to move to Mexico with him, but he did not want to do that, nor did he understand why she would want to go there,” the affidavit said.

Katz was put on leave during the initial investigation and resigned on April 30. Bond was set at $25,000.
