Alix Earle is weighing in on whether filming her new Netflix show, Earle Meets World, made her not want to be as open in the future and date in the spotlight.
“I mean, my life is always out there,” Alix, 25, exclusively told Us ahead of the season 1 premiere, which is released on the streamer Friday, September 4. “I think when it comes to dating and stuff, there’s moments where things are put out there before I necessarily would want them out there — and not that I’m dating anyone — but you’re standing next to someone and all of a sudden it’s a big story, and I think that’s hard to navigate.”
Alix noted that she also makes an effort to “respect other people’s privacy,” adding, “So that’s been tricky. But I mean, well, I guess we’ll see what happens.”
Sister Ashtin Earle, meanwhile, shared that she’s “used to being a very private person,” so being candid on the show has “been fun.”
Alix is pulling the back curtain on her life in Earle Meets World, where a teaser showed her saying that her inner circle is “Team Braxton.” The clip was released months after Alix split from NFL player Braxton Berrios, whom she had been dating for two years prior to their breakup in 2025. She has since been spotted with NFL legend Tom Brady, with a source exclusively telling Us earlier this year that the pair were enjoying getting to know each other “but it’s not serious.”
Ahead of the Earle Meets World premiere, Alix teased to Us that viewers will get a front row seat of her family dynamics as well.
“I mean, I think when it comes to our family, our dynamic is just so unusual in the best way,” she explained. “But the way that we really are just best friends — like my parents after their separation and now they’re with new partners — and the way we’re all able to be together. It wasn’t always that way. We have worked a long way to get here, so I think being able to showcase that is really, really fun.”
She continued, “But everyone I’ve talked to in like the reality world has just said to lean in, just go for it, and that was something I tried to lean on when there was those moments where I was like, ‘I don’t know if I want to show this and like put this vulnerable moment in someone else’s hands.’ It was scary at times, honestly. But I think we all just really leaned in and went for it. So I’m excited and happy that we trusted the process.”
