Williams came out of the gate with his valet, rapper Lil Yachty, by his side. While Yachty has been the difference-maker in Williams’ favor, he proved the opposite. Yachty threatened Corbin with the “Trick Stick” at one point during the match, which caused the challenger to turn his attention back to Williams.
Yachty got involved again on the apron after Corbin brought the U.S. title into the ring. Corbin hip-checked Williams into Yachty who crashed down through a table. With Williams and the referee’s back turned, Corbin hit Williams with the belt.

Corbin then nailed his End of Days finishing maneuver on Williams and pinned him for the win.
It’s the second reign as U.S. champion for Corbin. He initially won the title in 2017.
Corbin departed WWE in 2024 and took the independent scene by storm. He appeared in Major League Wrestling and was a tag team champion with Donovan Dijak until just before he decided to re-join WWE.
