Oklahoma Secretary of State Benjamin Lepak was arrested for public intoxication as he allegedly slurred to cops that “I want to eat my McDonald’s” moments before he was taken into custody, police bodycam shows.

Lepak, who only formally assumed office in April, tried to claim he had not been drinking before he was cuffed outside the fast-food restaurant in Edmond, Oklahoma, on Friday, KFOR reported.
