Christie Brinkley knows how to show up and show out, and yes, we’re referring to the gorgeous coastal-chic outfit she flaunted for a ‘fit check.’ Her look gives instant Hamptons rich mom style, thanks to a few staple pieces that are flowy, comfortable and downright flattering. We’re obsessing over the entire ensemble, but her striped top really seals the nautical deal.
The supermodel was on her way to a Solving Kids Cancer benefit when she stopped to give fans a glimpse at her outfit of the day. For the rainy weather, Brinkley styled a yellow waterproof jacket over a Jean Paul Gaultier maxi skirt, adding a wicker tote bag, rope belt and Loewe sandals. However, what gave the star’s outfit that quintessential beachy look was her top, which she calls “a classic French T-shirt.” We may not know where she got her exact shirt, but we found a near-identical option that transitions so well from summer to fall.
