Houston, we have a problem.

Delta Air Lines has just axed nonstop flights from three major US cities after placing a pause on the routes back in June due to fuel costs and other increasing expenses. The temporary move quickly became permanent as the company confirmed to The Points Guy on Monday that the flights were discontinued “as part of our routine network planning.”

Passengers will no longer see the following nonstop flights:

Houston — George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Memphis — Memphis International Airport (MEM)

St. Louis — St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL)
