Dine-and-dash charges dropped against Prada-loving wannabe food influencer after psych exam

She didn’t get her just desserts.

A judge tossed out criminal charges against a phony food influencer who ripped off some of the Big Apple’s ritziest restaurants after she was found mentally unfit to stand trial.

Prada-loving dine-and-dash diva Pei Chung, 34, will be transferred from Rikers Island to a different state hospital for mental health treatment now that she’s cleared her plate of the charges, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

During a brief hearing in Brooklyn Criminal Court last Thursday, Chung did not appear because she refused to appear before the judge, according to News 12 — despite charges against her being dismissed.

The wannabe influencer — who had posted photos of herself decked out in furs and high-end Louis Vuitton and Hermes accessories — was charged with multiple counts of theft of services after stiffing several of Brooklyn’s top restaurants in exchange for her so-called promotional skills, prosecutors had alleged.

Chung has had the cops called on her at least 10 times for the dine-and-dash stunts, including at trendy Williamsburg eateries such as Francie, Lavender Lake, Motorino and Peter Luger, police have said.

Her court-appointed attorney, Henry Philip Dechalus, told The Post that Chung believed that she was going to “help these businesses” — but wasn’t grounded in reality.

“When she went to these restaurants, they let her set up and eat,” Dechalus said over the phone.

“By all appearances, there was some normalcy to it,” he said. “But what we failed to see was that there was a downward spiral… I just hope it gets addressed now.”

Chung is currently remanded due to an active immigration warrant and her mental health treatment.

The attorney said Chung, whom he described as book smart, was corresponding with an AI service at the time of the alleged thefts which would “reaffirm” her to move forward with the scheme.

“There was no pulling back from it,” Dechalus said.

Chung had been ordered to take a mental health exam in November after her attorney said that she didn’t understand the charges at the time.

Despite multiple arrests, Chung continued with her greasy antics but was finally held with bail late last year — after she allegedly ripped off Mole Mexican Bar and Grill in Williamsburg, where she ordered $149 worth of food and tried to leave without paying.

The cheapskate was also evicted from her $3,500-a-month apartment at 416 Kent Ave. in Williamsburg after owing a whopping $40,000 on her studio apartment.

The charges were dropped because they were misdemeanors which means automatic dismissal under state law.
