Exclusive | LI mom ‘shocked’ at skanky state of son’s frat house after expecting it to look like TV show ‘Off Campus’

She thinks their pledges should start using some Pledge.

A Long Island mom went viral this week for her reaction to the skanky state of her son’s fraternity house.

Lori DiBisceglie Massaro of Albertson moved her son Will into the Phi Kappa Sigma house at the University of Delaware on Thursday — and quickly realized the raunchy residence was not like what she’s seen on TV.

“When we got there, the outside didn’t look bad. Then we pulled around the back, and saw the couches outside. And then when we went in, I was shocked,” Massaro told The Post.

“The kitchen had no shelves, no cabinets, no anything. It was just like a sink and a stove and it was gross. Everything about it was disgusting … You have to go out in the hallway to get to the refrigerator. It was bananas.”

The mom of four thought the house would resemble the one from the hit Prime Video show “Off Campus,” where its leading male, Garrett Graham, bunks with his fraternity brothers and hockey teammates like Tucker, who has a penchant for cooking.

“I just finished watching ‘Off Campus,’ and I was like, ‘Ooh la la, maybe it’s gonna look like Garrett Graham’s awesome cool hockey house, with that nice guy, Tucker, cooking up things for the kids with a nice center island or something like that,’” she said.

Massaro was in for a rude awakening when she saw the rest of the three-floor abode that Will, a sophomore studying accounting, will be living in with his seven frat brothers — who each pay about $1,000 a month in rent.

“There’s stuck-on dirt that I don’t think it’s ever coming off, but I don’t think they care,” she said.

She was horrified to see the bathroom, which she said, “wasn’t nice at all.”

“In fact, I told him, ‘Maybe you should utilize the bathrooms at the fitness center on campus,’” she recalled.

When they got to Will’s bedroom, Massaro knew she and her husband had their work cut out for them.

“Will was so proud that the person living there before him sold him all of his furniture. But it was like, horrific,” she said.

“We ran out and went to Costco and bought a new mattress and we spent the whole day cleaning just that one room.”

The house has no dining room, instead prioritizing a “party room” on the first floor, which features “stadium seating” made possible by wooden platforms placed under couches.

“I guess for good visibility of the TV,” she said.

“And if they want, they can move the furniture out when they want to have a party.”

She said there was at least one encouraging sight that day — a maintenance man on the property.

“I don’t know what he maintains, but there was a maintenance guy there,” she said, laughing.

Her video of the eye-opening experience, where she is holding her head while observing the untidy conditions, racked up over 1.4 million views on Instagram since she posted it yesterday.

The clip, which she captioned, “Why was I expecting this to look like Garrett Graham’s cool house in @offcampusonprime,” also garnered countless comments — many from people assuring her they’ve seen way worse.

“A lot of comments were like, ‘That is nothing in comparison to other frat houses, as far as how disgusting it is,’” said Massaro, who went to New York University and commuted to college.

Other moms also commiserated with her situation.

“Many people said, ‘Why did you go in? You’re just supposed to drop them off and look the other way,’” she recalled.

Massaro, who is a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, said she is not opposed to visiting the house again — and may even attend one of their frat parties.

“Oh God, yeah, maybe, I don’t know,” she said, laughing.
