He’s sober and a judge — of America’s top party schools.
Marco Graci, 20, of Valhalla, NY, is hitting frat parties, attending tailgates, doing bar crawls, and crashing on strangers’ couches at 40 campuses across the country in a Herculean effort to rate the nation’s No. 1 party school.
He judges them on a scale of 1 to 10, “kind of how Portnoy does the pizza,” and posts videos of his wild weekends on TikTok and Instagram.
“I’m using the crowd size at the frat parties, bars and tailgates, the energy and music at the parties, the level of school spirit, how wild the student body is at the parties, what makes that school’s party scene unique and the overall weekend atmosphere to make my rankings,” the Sacred Heart University junior told The Post.
He doesn’t drink during the parties so that he can document them.
So far, the University of South Carolina has the highest ranking at 8.2 and its Columbia campus is home to what “might be the best tailgate” in college football.
“It was crazy. There’s like 15 different tents of frat parties all going on in the same parking lot. So you just bounce around,” he said of his Sept. 3 weekend down South.
In one unforgettable moment at the home of the Gamecocks, he heard suspicious sounds while waiting on line at a porta-potty.
“I’m like, ‘What’s going on in there? Maybe someone’s unloading something from their morning breakfast.’ But then I see a couple come out, so . . . I think we can all guess what happened.”
Graci, a public relations and advertising major, travels with a pal he met while visiting Penn State, Myroslav Khopersky, who serves as his cameraman.
They stay in the dorm rooms of students he finds via social media.
The idea came to him in March when he visited a friend at the University of Tampa during his spring break.
The video he shared of the experience blew up, with 1.4 million views.
He decided to keep the party going, and traveled to the University of Delaware, UConn, Marist College and SUNY Binghamton throughout the spring semester.
“I’ve seen some crazy things . . . some guys get drunk, you see them jumping through tables. People with long distance partners –doesn’t seem like they have a long distance partner when they’re at this party,” he said.
He also witnessed a new trend from frat boys at USC and UMass.
“Some frat kid was like, ‘You want to see what a fish beer is?’ And he grabbed a beer and he just dumped it on his face. He didn’t even drink it,” he recalled.
His own college, a Catholic university in Fairfield, Conn., is sedate compared to what he’s seen elsewhere.
“For its size [Sacred Heart] is not bad, but definitely not comparable to the big schools. You just don’t have enough people. You don’t have the sports, the football,” he said.
One of Graci’s favorite campuses was Tampa.
“From 10 a.m. when you wake up to 3 a.m. when the club closes, you are just surrounded by beautiful girls in beautiful weather,” he said.
Next up: West Virginia, Florida State, Penn State, Arizona State, University of Pittsburgh, Coastal Carolina — and Syracuse.
“It’s not always the easiest negotiating with frat guys and college bars,” he explained of his itinerary.
For now, he doesn’t plan to stop the partying.
“I mean, maybe this will be my career, ranking college parties,” he said. “Maybe I will be the 30-year-old still going to college parties.”
