Resurfaced clips show Florida Democratic Senate nominee Angie Nixon supporting abolishing the Electoral College, embracing ranked-choice voting and allowing voters to register on Election Day in a series of comments Republicans are seizing on as the democratic socialist begins her general-election campaign.
