A secret homeless encampment perched on the top of a bus stop was just discovered in the wealthy Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood.

A man could be seen laying on top of the bus stop in one image with some personal belongings and a shopping cart nearby, according to KTLA video.

The regularly frequented bus stop is located near the bustling intersection of S. Barrington Ave. and Wilshire Blvd.

A spokesperson for Councilmember Traci Park told KTLA her office sent a homeless outreach worker to the area to understand what was happening. City workers were also seen at the location.
