FIRST ON FOX : Federal immigration officials are asking authorities in the Miami area to honor a detainer request for an illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal history who is now charged with fatally shooting a man on the street in an alleged act of jealousy.

William Serrano Domenech, 49, is being held in a Miami-Dade County jail in connection with the Aug. 17 murder of 42-year-old Raul Aballe, the Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday.
