Kylie Jenner Says She Wants ‘Bigger’ Boobs, Jokes They Should ‘Walk in Before I Do’

Kylie Jenner wants to be even curvier.

Jenner, 29, opened up about her famous figure while chatting with her friends Stassie Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel during a Wednesday, August 26, episode of their “Better Half” podcast, sharing that she actually wants to go under the knife again.

“I do want them bigger,” she said of her breast augmentation, noting she currently has 445 cc implants.

She added, “I say it every day. I’m like, ‘They need to be bigger and more out there.’” Jenner quipped, “I want my tits to walk in before I do.”

Karanikolaou, 29, then pointed out that Jenner initially said she was going to get a second boob job “before” she “turned 29.”

“I know,” Jenner replied. Villarroel, 34, then asked if she plans to get the surgery before her milestone 30th birthday in August 2027. “Probably not,” she answered honestly. “I think I wanna get my belly button pierced [before I turn 30].”

Villarroel added that after Jenner answered a fan’s question about her breast augmentation details, the social media user was allegedly able to get the same procedure for free.

“That, I don’t know,” Jenner replied. “I saw the video and I just thought to comment on what she was asking. I really didn’t think much of it. I know that sounds crazy to some people, but I really didn’t think it was going to be a moment.”

“Well, she got a free boob job from Dr. Garth Fisher,” Villarroel said. Jenner nodded her head and replied, “Yeah.”

In June 2025, TikTok creator Rachel Leary made a video asking Jenner to spill the tea on her surgery. “What is it that you asked for when you had your boobs done?” she said.

When the video made its way to Jenner, the beauty mogul replied, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”

Jenner went viral for the video, which prompted other stars including Jessie James Decker, Erin Lichy, Simone Biles, Victoria Fuller, Charity Lawson and more to also share details on their own augmentations.

Jenner first shared that she got a boob job at age 19 during a June 2023 episode of The Kardashians.
