Canada-U.S. Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc is headed back to Washington on Thursday morning to meet with U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer as the talks with the United States on a new tentative deal enter the home stretch — and as the clock ticks down on a pause for new tariffs.
