A New Jersey-bound United Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Nevada Thursday after reports of an engine issue.
United Airlines flight 1403 departed LAX before landing safely at Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport around 7 a.m. after encountering a problem with one of the aircraft’s engines, according to the Federal Aviation Administration and United Airlines.
The 176 passengers and seven crew members deplaned after the engine snafu and are awaiting another flight to their destination at Newark Liberty International Airport, an airline spokesperson told The Post.
