NYC teen stabbed in front of mom while walking to HS — as 2 other students also nabbed with guns at their schools

A teen was stabbed in front of his mother as he walked to school in The Bronx on Monday – while two other city students were busted with guns at their schools, cops said. 

In the first disturbing incident, a 17-year-old student and his mother were heading toward William H Taft High School Educational Campus on East 172nd Street near Sheridan Avenue in Mount Eden around 9:30 a.m. when two suspects ambushed hiim, according to authorities and sources. 

One of the brutes hit him, while the other knifed him in the buttocks, police said. 

The victim – who had planned on registering for classes – was instead taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, authorities said.

The violent pair is still in the wind.

Less than an hour later, on Staten Island, an 18-year-old high-schooler was then busted with a loaded gun in his bag after school safety officers broke up a fight between him and another student, authorities and sources said. 

Samuel Owusu was involved in the brawl at Curtis High School on Hamilton Avenue in the St. George neighborhood around 10:20 a.m. when cops separated them, according to cops and sources. 

Owusu was found to be carrying a gun with bullets in the cartridge in his backpack, police said. 

He was slapped with multiple gun possession charges as well as unlawful possession of cannabis, cops said. 

The teen did not pull out the gun during the melee, authorities said.

By the afternoon, another teen was arrested in possession of a gun in Queens, police said. 

The 17-year-old student was passing through a scanner at the Queens School for Career Development on Linden Boulevard near 143rd Street in South Jamaica when it detected the weapon in his backpack, according to cops and sources. It was not clear whether the gun was loaded.

He was taken into custody but had not yet been charged by the evening.
