Police have formed a strike force to investigate the death of a man found in a creek in the city’s north-west.

Officers were treating the case as a missing person’s report until 10am on Friday, when they were called to Torry Burn Reserve in Baulkham Hills.

There they found the missing man dead, face down in the water of a bushland creek.

His cause of death is not yet known but police are treating the death as suspicious.
