After Justin Sislo was accused of killing his parents in an apparent murder-suicide a sheriff revealed that he never should have been let out of jail due to his history of legal troubles.

As Us previously reported, authorities believe Sislo, 35, killed his parents in Madison, New York, before he died by suicide on Friday, August 7.

His parents, Steve Sislo and Donna Walker-Sislo , were found dead in their home on McCormick Road after sustaining gunshot wounds.
