“Jonty Grinter comments that it was difficult to get 3¢ change for spaghetti bolognaise at the Rocks Push (C8),” notes Karin Viles of Annandale. “The price was deliberate as most people opted to leave it as a tip to the person serving. Bruce Viles would later be taken to court at the time as the spaghetti, according to the licensing police, was not a “proper meal”.
