What a complete and utter cock-up (“Albanese is selling out Australia to AI colonists as artists face ruin”, September 18). The Albanese government wants Australian artists and creators to opt out of allowing AI shysters to use their work for AI “training”, or “theft” as Richard Flanagan prefers to call it. Every idiot knows that opting out is one of the greatest scams of all time. In countless cases, consumers don’t even know they have the right, or even how, to do it.
