A woman accused of murder after her partner was fatally struck by a car will remain in custody after her case’s first court mention.

Bradley Bullock, 50, was found with fatal injuries on Stoneywood Street in Fernvale, about 60 kilometres east of Brisbane, on Sunday afternoon after reports of a disturbance.

Lacey-Jay Bullock, 45, was charged with murder and driving while disqualified.

She was not required to appear in person in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
