Located on the shores of Lake Como, Villa La Gaeta was the setting of the 2006 movie’s final scene in which Daniel Craig’s 007 utters the franchise’s best-known catchphrase: “The name’s Bond, James Bond”.

Inside Villa La Gaeta
Originally completed in 1921, Villa La Gaeta was designed by the Coppedè architects in an eclectic Neo-Medieval style.
Following refurbishments in 2023, the internal space was split into five apartments.
The apartment in question is found on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Spanning 121 square metres across two levels, the ground floor includes a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and the living room, which overlooks the terrace.
