D-Day for the Dockers as team prepares for Sydney prelim clash

Flagmantle dreams will either be kept alive or crushed tonight, as the Dockers gear up for the preliminary final clash against the Sydney Swans.

The port city has been decked out in purple, and dedicated fans have also headed over east to throw their support behind the team in person.

One fan who made the 3000-kilometre journey east, Liam, said he was feeling confident the Dockers could secure their spot in the grand final.

“I’m feeling pumped about tonight, it should be a good game,” he told 9News Perth.
