Dedicated marathon runner hogs bathroom to do this on 11-hour flight: ‘Is this a skit?’

Dedicated marathon runner hogs bathroom to do this on 11-hour flight: ‘Is this a skit?’

He gave a new meaning to joining the Mile High Club.

Nothing was getting in the way of this dedicated runner from completing his 5K — not even an 11-hour flight.

Content creator and running extradoinaire, @dom.stroh, posted a video on social media that has racked up almost 2 million views of him sticking to what seemed like a strict running training schedule.

While on his long-haul flight, Dom geared up and ran to the bathroom.

Not to do his business, but instead, get his steps in.

The video shows him standing in the cramped space, starting his smartwatch and then repeatedly going in circles, stepping up onto the closed toilet, turning and stepping off.

How he didn’t get dizzy is baffling, considering the text overlay on the video displayed Strava (an app used by athletes to track, analyze and share activities) stats indicating he was supposedly doing this motion for almost an entire hour.

Anyone on a long flight has to get up and stretch their legs — but using a cramped airplane bathroom as a mini gym takes the cake.

Imagine being seated near the bathroom and hearing all this commotion?

It’s unknown where exactly Dom was traveling to and The Post reached out for comment.

The viral video garnered close to 150 comments, with many just as shocked as the rest of us.

“The toilet is probably not designed to be a stair master,” one person joked.

“Are you okay?” quipped a commenter.

“Is this a skit?” another asked.

“so thats why the wait is so long for wc,” chimed in someone else.

This, shockingly, isn’t the craziest thing flyers have done mid-air.

Another plane passenger might not have been tracking her steps, but instead used her fellow flyer’s seat as a footrest on a plane from Doha to Moscow, East2West reported.

The traveler had the nerve to recline her seat and throw her feet up onto the seat in front of her, leaving the passenger in the seat no choice but to crouch down, as shown in a video obtained by the outlet.

Reportedly, her fellow passengers and the flight crew told her to put her feet down.

Did she listen? Of course not.

“They tried to persuade her, tried and tried,” said one observer. “They tried to persuade her to move her legs. She doesn’t want to, she wants to fly like this. People are going mad.”

Eventually, she gave in and moved her feet, according to the outlet.
