How to Watch the 2026 Oscars: Date, Time, Host, Presenters, Performers and More

It’s almost time for the Academy Awards to close the book on 2025’s movies with the 2026 Oscars.

This year’s ceremony will be the 98th Academy Awards, as the long-running event closes in on its 100th anniversary.

To help you prepare for this year’s extravaganza, Watch With Us has put together a quick guide that will tell you how to watch the 2026 Oscars.

Everything you need to know, from the date, time, host, presenters and performers is included below.

What Day and Time Is the 2026 Oscars Ceremony?

The 2026 Oscars are scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. PST/7:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, March 15. Red carpet coverage will begin at 1:00 p.m. PST/4:00 p.m. EST. The event is being held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

How Can I Watch the 2026 Oscars?

The 2026 Oscars will be broadcast on ABC affiliates across the country. Streaming fans will also be able to watch it live on Hulu. The entire ceremony will be available on demand on Hulu starting on March 16.

Who Is Hosting the 2026 Oscars?

For the second year in a row, late-night comedy veteran Conan O’Brien will host the Oscars. O’Brien also had a role in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, which is up for an award this year.

Who Is Presenting at the 2026 Oscars?

What We Do in the Shadows star Matt Berry will be the voice of the Oscars, who speaks throughout the telecast with info about the winners, upcoming presenters and awards.

O’Brien has teased two on-stage reunions for Marvel and Bridesmaids. We don’t know who the Marvel stars will be yet, but Bridesmaids will be represented by Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Maya Rudolph and Rose Byrne.

The rest of the confirmed presenters are listed below:

  • Will Arnett
  • Javier Bardem
  • Adrien Brody
  • Kieran Culkin
  • Robert Downey Jr.
  • Chris Evans
  • Anne Hathaway
  • Chase Infiniti
  • Priyanka Chopra Jonas
  • Nicole Kidman
  • Jimmy Kimmel
  • Delroy Lindo
  • Mikey Madison
  • Paul Mescal
  • Ewan McGregor
  • Demi Moore
  • Gwyneth Paltrow
  • Pedro Pascal
  • Bill Pullman
  • Lewis Pullman
  • Zoe Saldaña
  • Channing Tatum
  • Sigourney Weaver
  • Wagner Moura

Barbra Streisand is also rumored to appear to honor her late The Way We Were co-star, Robert Redford, who passed away last year.

Who Is Performing at the 2026 Oscars?

Only two of this year’s Oscar-nominated songs will be performed at the Oscars. The singing voices of the lead characters, KPop Demon Hunters, Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, will perform “Golden.” From Sinners, Miles Caton will sing ‘I Lied To You” alongside songwriter Raphael Saadiq, Buddy Guy, Bobby Rush, Shaboozey, Brittany Howard, Eric Gales, Alice Smith and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram. Ballet dancer Misty Copeland, and actresses Li Jun Li and Jayme Lawson will also be on stage performing during the song.

Josh Groban and the Los Angeles Master Chorale are also slated to perform at the Oscars, possibly for the In Memorium segment.

Who Are the Nominees at the 2026 Oscars?

Sinners leads this year’s nominees with 16, and it’s considered to be the frontrunner for Best Picture. However, One Battle after Another is also a strong contender that could overtake it. This year’s ceremony is introducing a new category, Achievement in Casting. There will be a stunt performer Oscar in the future, but not until the 2028 ceremony.
