Lawyers caught canoodling in Central Park in viral video identified

The two rumored Big Apple lawyers caught on camera sucking face in Central Park have been identified as colleagues who work in the same department at a high profile Manhattan law firm.

Nathaniel D. Cullerton, 45, was caught in a heated smoochfest with a much younger Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, by TikTok user Jay Guapõ who posted the now-viral video on Thursday.

The legal duo, who both work for the prestigious Manhattan firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, were candooling on a Central Park bench as the camera-wielding TikToker interrupts them by hollering, “Get a room. There’s kids around.”

Eagle-eyed viewers were quick to identify the loved-up pair in the comments section, with many comparing it to the Coldplay concert cheating scandal last year.

The Post was able to confirm the identities of the lawyers by comparing the viral TikTok video to their headshots on Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s website.

According to the firm’s website, the lip-locking legal eagles both work in the firm’s litigation department — but it appears Cullerton is in a much higher position of power than his younger colleague.

Cullerton is listed a partner at the firm, while the more junior Borenzweig works as an associate, according to their website profiles.

In the viral video, the two high profile lawyers — both of whom worked on the legal team defending OpenAI and Sam Altman against Elon Musk’s $150 billion lawsuit this year — look up in embarrassment and shield themselves from the camera after Guapõ approaches them.

Cullerton is shown standing up with a smile and trying to shoo the TikToker away as Borenzweig calmly tells him to “put the phone down.”

“Don’t touch me don’t touch, if you touch me I’ll have to touch you,” snaps the Tiktoker, who has a history of posting antagonizing content.

The kissyface took place on the westside of Central Park, just steps away from Central Park West and West 63rd Street.

The video of the passionate makeout session has amassed over two million views on TikTok since it was posted on Thursday — with observers speculating it as being “the most obvious affair” while others are labeling the guy who filmed it as the true creep.

However, it appears that the lawyers sucking face are both in relationships with other people who are also in the legal industry, the Daily Mail reported.

The 45-year-old partner is reportedly married to Moira Penza, 42, who is a partner at another Big Apple firm, according to the publication.

The pair married in February 2016 and purchased a $2.3 million luxurious Upper East Side co-op apartment together, according to the Daily Mail and property records obtained by The Post.

Similarly, Borenzweig is reportedly in a relationship with 35-year-old Adam Littlestone-Luria who works as a judicial law clerk with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, the outlet reported.

When contacted by the Daily Mail about the viral video, Littlestone-Luria said he was “not comfortable talking about this, but I am aware of it.”

It is not immediately clear when the viral video was taken nor when the romance between the pair sparked.

However, Cullerton and Borenzweig were both listed as attorneys in the Altman case against Musk on their firm’s website, where they secured a win for the OpenAI founder.

Cullerton rose to elite success after securing a JD from Georgetown University in 2013. He clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and other firsm before working at his current post.

Borenzweig received her JD from the New York University School of Law in 2022 and has worked at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz on and off since May 2021, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Similar to Cullerton’s career path, the 29-year-old associate also had a stint at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2023.

The Post’s requests for comment from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, as well as Cullerton and Borenzweig, have not been returned.
