A man has died in a helicopter crash in western Queensland, with multiple agencies investigating the accident’s cause.
The 42-year-old man was the only person on board when the aircraft went down near Tumbar Road, Blackall, about 1000 kilometres north-west of Brisbane.
Emergency services were called to the scene at about 9:30 on Monday morning.
Police are assisting the Australian Transport Safety Bureau with their investigation.
