A sicko broke into an Arizona morgue and committed sexual acts on multiple dead bodies, according to prosecutors and reports.
Fenris Lu, 31, allegedly used a crowbar to barge into the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office, where law enforcement sources told Fox 10 he was seen on camera opening 11 body bags.
He allegedly had sexual contact with four corpses, sources told the station.
Authorities secured the scene after receiving a 911 call about a possible burglary, and later found Lu, who was taken into custody without incident, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said.
County prosecutors said the “sensitive” probe is ongoing as Lu is facing four counts of sexual conduct with a dead person, burglary charges and other related counts.
The alleged pervert didn’t appear in court because of “combative behavior” and a judge ordered him held on $500,000 bond, ABC 15 reported.
Court documents tied to the case have been kept under wraps for now at the prosecutor’s office request.
Law enforcement needs more time to notify relatives of the targeted bodies and is still assessing the “potential impact to possibly other criminal cases in which the decedents may have been associated,” said a representative for the prosecutor’s office, the station reported.
