Smiling sicko caught on camera exposing himself to kids outside California library

A San Francisco man was busted after allegedly exposing himself while watching children outside a Northern California library — then made a shocking request to cops after his arrest.

The disturbing incident unfolded June 23 outside the Vacaville Cultural Center Library on Ulatis Drive, where a concerned community member called police after spotting a man allegedly exposing himself while watching children play nearby, according to the Vacaville Police Department.

The suspect, a 32-year-old Marcus Hardimon, was taken into custody after officers responded to the scene. Police said he later bizarrely asked officers to lock him up.

Responding officers used social media tips and community-provided details to track him down, ultimately locating him inside the library building.

At one point during the interaction, he also said, “Take me to jail please.”

He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Solano County Jail on indecent exposure charges in connection with the incident involving children, authorities said.

Police praised the quick action of the community member who made the initial call and said additional public tips helped officers narrow down the suspect’s location.

“If you don’t leave, I’m gonna call the cops.”

Authorities said that exact kind of alert from the public helped officers respond quickly and locate Hardimon inside the library, where he complied with commands and was safely detained.

Vacaville police thanked residents for speaking up and urged the public to continue reporting suspicious behavior, saying community awareness plays a key role in keeping the area safe, especially for children.
