Need a fresh new look for spring? Head to the stylish boutiques that opened in NYC this season or shop designer capsules, from The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s cultured collab with Australian clothing brand Camilla to Vera Wang’s chic line co-created with Fabrique.
Bloom room
Pasquale Bruni is celebrating its 65th anniversary with a bouquet of new boutiques. The Valenza-based, family-owned jeweler — famed for its botanical-themed Bon Ton and Giardini Segreti collections — has opened its first North American boutique at 789 Madison Ave.
The five-floor flagship showcases the exquisite, handcrafted-in-Italy fine and high jewelry collections and includes a VIP salon and a private showroom. The maison will also unveil petal-perfect stores on London’s Old Bond Street and Paris’ Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré by September.
Retro active
Fun fact: The Frances Valentine store has a festive new look. It’s vibrant and vintage-inspired, just like the spirit-lifting label introduced in 2016 by BFFs Elyce Arons and Kate Spade (co-founders with Andy Spade and Pamela Bell of the phenomenally successful Kate Spade brand).
Swing by 922 Madison Ave. for flirty keyhole shift dresses, winsome wicker clutches and bejeweled ballerina flats. And look forward to this fall’s capsule inspired by Mary Tyler Moore’s iconic fashion on “The Dick Van Dyke Show” and “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.”

Tag, you’re it. Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer has debuted a Soho store at 99 Prince St. The store carries a selection of the core collections, from Carrera (an Alexandra Daddario fave) and the Monaco racing watch (Steve McQueen proudly wore an automatic chronograph in “Le Mans”) to Formula 1 (four-time World Champion driver Max Verstappen sports one), along with limited-edition models and novelties.
Wearing a Carrera chronograph, brand ambassador Ryan Gosling was recently seen at the new address. Sounds like a timely visit.
Museum-worthy
Picture this: Australian designer Camilla Franks has partnered with the Metropolitan Museum of Art on a 73-piece collection of women’s and men’s fashion and accessories. The Met x Camilla capsule features six intricate prints inspired by the museum’s famed collections and spaces, comprising masterpieces like hand-beaded and embroidered coats, embellished gowns and tasseled silk scarves.

Vera vibes
Her wedding dresses are unforgettable — just ask Victoria Beckham and Alicia Keys — but Vera Wang’s ready-to-wear is also epic. This spring, she has teamed up with contemporary designer collective Fabrique on a chic 37-piece clothing capsule.
Mostly black and white with flashes of silver, the line ranges from hero pieces, like a crystal-fringed gown and a tailored blazer with detachable lace cuffs, to an asymmetrical ruffled top. Say “I do” to these modern minimalist togs.
